My husband and I had a wonderful stay here celebrating our anniversary. The hotel, restaurant, and Speakeasy staff were wonderful. Aimee took such good care of us from the time we checked in to when we checked out. She really made our stay special. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Stayed here almost a month for work. Great hotel, helpful and friendly staff (Amy, Courtney, Jayden, Matt, Felix, Nathan). Hotel restaurant has very good food and service (Charney and Derek). Location is ideal with everything I needed within walking distance.

I’ve been coming to the vin for years. Lately, I’ve been fortunate to sit at the bar in harvest hall with Jordan, Hannah and Cheyenne. They are fantastic! Service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaging. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down and elevated the entire experience. Great drinks, great conversation, and excellent hospitality. I can’t recommend them enough! Also, sometimes I bring my baby and they have always made me feel welcomed and never annoyed, and have been so nice to my baby and I can’t thank them enough for that.

This was our first time staying here, as we came for a wedding. The lobby was clean, welcoming and check-in with Aimee was smooth. She even offered us a glass of wine, which was a nice touch after a four hour drive. Aimee also gave us a quick tour of the first floor, pointing out the restaurants at the hotel and the hotel’s unique decor. She provided a map of Main Street as well, which helped us choose where to shop and eat. Our room was clean, comfortable, and updated, with plenty of space — even for my golf clubs. We ordered room service, and the food was well-prepared, fairly priced, and delicious. I especially appreciated that the chicken for my Caesar salad was plated separately, keeping the salad fresh. The Bacchus Bar had a great atmosphere and good drinks, though it was a bit crowded and hard to talk, so we took our drinks outside to the courtyard, which was much more relaxing. Overall, the hotel rate was fair considering the central location, room quality, and food options. I would definitely stay here again and would love to return during Christmas to see how the hotel and the area decorates for the holidays.

Everything about this hotel is GREAT. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is everything you could ask for. Rooms are good and clean. They have a really neat food hall with several options. They have a really nice upscale bar with great food. It is right next to a train station has a little train vibe to it. I will always come to the VIN hotel.

A Breath of Fresh Air! Valeria is the Best! From the second we walked through the doors, we knew we were in for a treat, all thanks to Valeria at the front desk. Checking into a hotel can often feel like a chore, but Valeria turned it into a comedy show and a warm welcome all rolled into one! She has this incredible, infectious energy and a sense of humor that had us laughing before we even had our room keys in hand. It wasn’t just "customer service"—it was genuine personality and wit that made us feel like old friends rather than just guests. She handled the process with total professional ease while keeping the vibes high and the jokes flowing. It’s rare to meet someone who can make a standard check-in so memorable and joyful. Valeria, thank you for making our arrival the highlight of our day! This hotel is lucky to have such a bright star at the front desk.

Matt, Felix and Andrew helped us at check in and were so friendly and helpful! They were all attentive and made sure our check in was smooth and retrieved our checked bags quickly. The rooms here are all wonderful no matter which one you book. We've had a standard room to a suite and all are very spacious and VERY clean. The restaurant has quality food snd excellent service. This is our second stay and will be back!

They distinguished themselves by the service provided. There was a problem with our room upon check-in. The gentleman helping me didn't hesitate. He found a solution within 5 minutes. They graciously provided us with an upgrade and we were in our room within minutes. We have stayed here before and had great service then as well. The property, amenities, atmosphere and entertainment are first class. I own my own business and tell my staff that what sets you apart from your competitors is how you respond when things go wrong. It's easy when everything goes as planned. Their willingness to correct the problem without hesitation is why I will recommend the Hotel Vin to anyone that is looking for first class accommodations in Grapevine.
